Job Description:
  • The Integrated Supply Chain Program (ISCP) is a multi-year program lead by Global Supply Chain. The objective is to integrate demand and supply plans though by a controlled & repeatable process which meets the needs of patients, performance measurement & financial analysis.
  • The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge of supply chain management and ERP systems, preferably experience working with Oracle E-Business suite, or SAP. Experience of working with Oracle’s Demantra application (for Demand), OBIEE and Kinaxis Rapid Response (for Supply) is an advantage.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role as part of the ISCP. He / She will serve as a liaison between the business community and the program in order to provide solutions to meet user needs. An ability to facilitate and collaborate with business owners and users to identify, develop, approve and implement system changes is critical.
  • Previous experience of GXP regulated business is an advantage.
  • The successful candidate will be required to work with business partners within the ISCP to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • The successful candidate will be required to work across organizational, cultural and geographic boundaries to optimize company strategic results.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of operational functional requirements and business process flow architecture of Demand and Supply functions, globally and locally.
  • Manages business expectations to correctly identify needs and evaluate business solutions
  • Directly facilitates business process development and solution deployment in the areas of Demand Planning, Supply Commits, Capacity Management, Site Scheduling.
  • Ability to quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of the organisation and pharmaceutical industry
  • Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to such specifications
  • Hands on ability in using various tools such as Oracle Apps, SQL, OBIEE, Tableau
  • Owns the documentation maintenance of the business specifications (process flows, Quality Center test scripts and requirements, Training Material)
  • Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.
  • Will provide direct input into project planning to ensure the success of new releases and enhancements
  • Ensures enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
  • Will lead testing efforts and ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Participates in worldwide configuration change control process
  • Manages the communication of these changes to the development team
  • Will provide direct input into the sustainability model for the solutions being deployed.
  • Will provide and facilitate development of solutions into a range of complex business problems
  • Will facilitate meetings and teams in pursuit of business improvements
  • Currently, an opening exists for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support and deliver implementation of a GuideWire PolicyCenter project.
